Customized Employment Options
Goodwill believes in providing customized employment opportunities. Our Customized Employment Options track factors in the strengths, needs, and interest of each individual in order to help determine a successful business concept. This was designed specifically for adults with developmental disabilities who are program participants with the Regional Center of Orange County.
Customized Employment Options takes each participant through a multi-stage determination of what kind of business makes sense for that person. We then look at what it will take to create and maintain their business successfully.
