Program Details
In Goodwill’s Supported Employment Services program, participants work with a job coach, receive job training, and the opportunity to work and earn a paycheck.
Participants can work in groups of up to four people with a staff member that accompanies them at all times. Participants who experience greater independence work without this type of support.
- Programs offered 5 days a week, 6 hours per day
- Staff-to-participant ratio: one staff member to four program participants
- Integrated work placement managed in groups of four
- Volunteer work opportunities available for qualifying non-profits
