Independence Starts With A Referral

Goodwill of Orange County works with people who are referred to us through local agencies such as the Regional Center of Orange County, the State Department of Rehabilitation, One Stop Administration, schools, hospitals, and private insurance companies. Individuals can also be referred by family or friends, or they can seek our services independently. 48% of those we serve are people with developmental disabilities, 39% have physical disabilities, 6% mental illness or behavioral disabilities, and 13% are other.

Assessment

The first step is to assess each individual's abilities and identify their specific needs. Then together we determine which of our programs and services is best designed to help meet those needs and make the most of their abilities.

Goodwill of Orange County's human services programs lay a solid foundation for greater independence, successful employment in the community, or both.
