Ms. Gittleman is Secretary of the Board of Directors and serves on the Executive Committee, the Resource Development Team and both the Goodwill Fitness Center and Board Development Committees. She co-Chaired the 2006 and 2007 Walter Knott Award Luncheons. In addition to her role with Goodwill, Ms. Gittleman has also served on several committees with the City of Newport Beach and has been instrumental in preserving the limited natural habitat of that area.
As one of the founding partners of L&C Development and L&C Management, Ms. Gittleman owns and manages a range of properties and assets. Ms. Gittleman is also the owner of California Marketing Group and Los Altos Trophy Company the latter which was honored by the Association of Fundraising Professionals in 2009 with the Outstanding Corporation or Business (Fewer than 30 employees) National Philanthropy Day Award.
